1. Who these terms are with

These terms govern accommodation booked with Abdulaziz Suhail Al Ghamdi Company at the property named in the booking confirmation. The confirmation, the selected room details, the price shown at checkout and these terms form the booking agreement.

2. Booking and confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when the website or the property issues a confirmation reference. A temporary hold reserves availability only until its stated expiry. If required payment or approval is not completed before that time, the hold may expire and the room may be offered again.

Guests must provide accurate names, contact details, occupancy and stay dates. The lead guest must be able to enter into the booking and is responsible for sharing these terms with the other guests.

3. Prices, tax and payment

Prices are shown in the selected display currency for convenience. The booking record and payment are settled in Saudi riyals unless the confirmation says otherwise. The confirmed total includes applicable VAT and the breakdown is shown before confirmation.

When online payment is available, the checkout states the amount due immediately. When pay-at-property is offered, it is available only for arrivals within the window set by that property. The confirmation states the chosen method and any remaining balance. A booking with money still due must be paid at the property unless the confirmation provides another method.

4. Changes and cancellation

The cancellation deadline and any refundable amount shown with the booking apply to that booking. A change to dates, room type or guest count depends on availability and may change the price. After a free-cancellation deadline, a cancellation may require property approval and a charge may apply. Approved card refunds are returned through the original payment provider; bank processing time is outside the property's control.

If the property cannot provide the confirmed accommodation, it will offer a reasonable alternative or refund the amount paid for the unavailable accommodation.

5. Arrival, departure and identification

The property's confirmation states check-in and check-out times. Early arrival and late departure depend on availability and may cost extra. Guests must provide the identification required by Saudi law or the property at arrival. The front desk may complete missing identity or payment details during check-in.

6. Use of the property

Guests must respect occupancy limits, safety instructions, other guests and property staff. Illegal activity, serious disturbance, deliberate damage or unsafe use may lead to removal without refund where permitted by law. The lead guest is responsible for damage caused by their party beyond ordinary use.

7. Services and responsibility

Photos and descriptions represent the room category and facilities; individual room views and layouts may vary. Facilities may be temporarily unavailable for safety, maintenance, religious seasons or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that Saudi law does not allow us to exclude.

8. Privacy, contact and governing law

Personal data is handled under the published Privacy Policy. Questions or complaints can be sent through the Contact page or raised with the property named in the confirmation. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are handled by the competent Saudi authorities and courts.

Seasonal prices

Prices may vary by season, property and stay dates. The final price is shown before confirmation. A confirmed booking’s price changes only when you request a change and accept the new price.
